Prashant Tekchandani is an enthusiastic Insurance professional with over 23 years of experience in the global re/insurance markets especially in property and casualty insurance.

At Xceedance since 2017, Prashant oversees the Insurance lifecycle function encompassing underwriting & policy lifecycle management, finance & accounting and contact centre. His focus always is to promote digital transformation, operational excellence and consultative, data-led approach to accelerate growth for the insurance Industry.

Prior to joining Xceedance, Prashant served as Assistant Vice President at Genpact, where he managed the reinsurance operations division for a global insurance firm. He was responsible for accounting, reporting, and operations functions for clients based in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Africa. He led significant process engineering initiatives during his tenure.

Prashant holds a bachelor’s degree in insurance and is a certified Lean Six Sigma black belt. He is also certified by TARN (The Accounts Receivable Network) as an accounts receivable manager and maintains certification from the Insurance Institute of India for property/casualty insurance claims.
