How many CPD points will I earn? 

A: You can gain up to 8 CPD hours by attending this conference. If you add the post-conference Masterclass, you can gain an additional 3 CPD points. 

The max points available are 11 CPD points. 

A certificate will be sent to you post event to add to your CPD folder.

Are there any group booking discounts available?  

Yes group discounts are available for groups of 3 or more.

Can I attend the Axco Global Insurance Awards?

We have a limited number of tickets available for conference delegates to join us for the 2nd annual Axco Global Insurance Awards taking place on Thursday 18 April 2024. This is an evening of networking and celebration – and offers a good opportunity to meet with old colleagues and make new connections. You can find out more about the Awards programme here.

Can delegates access a discounted room rate at the conference hotel?

Axco has arranged a preferential room rate for delegates at the conference hotel. You will receive instructions on how to secure this rate when you register for the conference.

What opportunities are there for additional branding or enhanced networking at the event? 

This year we’ve introduced Premium Attendee Packages which offer a range of additional benefits to your delegate ticket, including meeting space to conduct 1:1 meetings at the event, your logo added to onsite branding etc.

What is Axco Global Insurance Week? 

As well as this conference, Axco are hosting the Global Insurance Awards on 18 April 2024. With attendees creating their own bespoke programme of networking and learning, with a fringe programme of dinners, briefings and masterclasses currently being developed.

Can I give my ticket to a colleague if I am no longer able to make it on the event day?  

Yes. Please advise our customer service team up to 48hrs before the event if somebody else will be attending in your place. Please send your enquiry to

Can I book a Post-conference Masterclass only?  

Yes it is possible to book a Post-conference Masterclass only. Each Masterclass is a 3-hour educational session focused on a specific specialist topic, in a small group format.

Where is the conference taking place?  

Conference: 16 April 2024, will take place at DoubleTree by Hilton - Tower of London, 7 Pepys Street, London, EC3N 4AF. 

Post-Conference Workshop: 17 April 2024 morning, will take place at the Axco Headquarters, the Whitechapel Building, 10 Whitechapel High Street, London, E1 8QS.   

My company is an Axco client, is there a discount available for me?

All companies that are active subscribers to Axco information and data products are able to access a special Axco client discount, saving you £100 or more off the standard booking rate.

What other booking discounts are available to me?  

Yes you can benefit from 2 early bird discounts:   

Super Early Bird – save £100 off the Standard rate. Offer ends 9 February 2024  

Early Bird – save £50 off the Standard rate. Offer ends 22 March 2024  

I need a visa to attend the conference, what support do you offer? 

We can provide a supporting letter for your visa application process. Please inform us at of your requirements. Please note that visa support can only be offered to delegates who have purchased a ticket and the payment and processing of the visa application ahead of the conference dates is the delegate’s responsibility.  

In the eventuality that the visa is not approved by the conference, please contact the customer services team to discuss a credit for another event, and failing that a refund. Please refer to our full Ts and Cs for full details on our refund and cancellation policy. 

My company is an Axco client, is there a discount available for me? ​

A:  Everyone who works for a company with a current subscription to Axco can access a special client discount, saving you £100 off the current booking rates.

The discount is applied to the current conference rates and is also applied to the Post-conference Workshop.
