As a consultant for Hylant, Alexandra brings ten years of experience in the insurance industry, having previously worked as a Captive Consultant for Willis Towers Watson and Vice President for Marsh Captive Solutions before joining Hylant in 2021.  Alexandra works for the Global Captive Solutions team delivering bespoke solutions for clients by collaborating closely to understand their key exposures to offer insurance solutions to business risks.

Alexandra also brings to Hylant a diverse background of working across several difference domiciles and types of captives, specifically in EMEA. She is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner (CIP), has her Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII) and Certificate in Captive Insurance Management (PGCert), is a member of the CII and an Associate Board member of Insurance Charitable Association (IICF).
