Toni is currently based in London, working together with and on behalf of WBN members.  She provides new members due diligence, sponsoring carrier relationship management, and international training, with the goal of assisting members in navigating and making the most of their network membership.  She advises on new business opportunities and broker connections, along with spearheading the WBN European and Americas Steering Committees.

In addition to working with WBN, Gambonini Consulting Ltd trains international insurance brokers and agents.  The GCL course prepares teams in the processes, communications, and compliance skills they need to operate effectively for their clients and prospects internationally.  GCL also provides administrative consulting to the AESIS network.

Prior to these ventures, Toni worked for four years with Assurex Global as Director of its Europe, Middle East, and Africa Region, responsible for facilitating relationships between members and carriers, wholesalers, and brokers outside the network. Before that she held the role of Director of Operations, Commercial & International for Barney & Barney in San Diego from 1985 to 2008 and built their international desk.
