Siri is 57 years old and has been in the insurance industry since 1988 (!).  She started in marketing, moved on to claims and underwriting at what was then CIGNA Insurance Company in Norway.  She went over to the broking side in 1998 to Fred. Olsen Brokers, an inhouse broking service for a shipowner in Norway working with non-life, marine, energy, renewables as well as employee benefits.  She joined Söderberg & Partners (then Norwegian Brokers) in 2014 to handle international business, both property & casualty for incoming and outgoing clients.  The team has grown, and now she does almost only property & casualty.

She has two almost grown sons, a partner, 1 dog, 2 parrots and 4 beehives.  She is on the board of the Norwegian Fencing Association, and also works as a volunteer for Save the Animals as an adoption coordinator for rehoming of birds.
