Michelle has over 25 years’ experience in the insurance industry specialising in multinational programme design and implementation.

After graduating with a B.A Honours degree in Business Administration, Michelle has held a variety of roles at multinational brokerages including Willis, Alexander Forbes, JLT and Miller, after which she transferred across to lead multinational teams at Chubb and Generali.

She joined Aviva in 2022 as a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) for Multinational clients and is currently the Acting Multinational Centre of Excellence Manager along with her CRM role.

The multinational clients that Michelle is responsible for include household names and industry leaders.

Among her accomplishments are her CII Fellowship and CII Chartered Insurer status. Earlier in 2023, she was nominated and shortlisted for the Women In Insurance Awards 2023 (Unsung Hero – Insurer/MGA).

Michelle loves doing things other haven’t, so when a Risk Engineer at Aviva offered her a day in a privately operated Prison, she accepted without hesitation.
